Just Like Family's insurance coverage does not allow "job sharing" with family members or friends.  If you hire Just Like Family to provide pet or house sitting services we need to complete the job entirely.  This ensures that the schedule stays consistent for the pets involved.

Just Like Family maintains a very structured schedule to meet all our clients needs.  In order to reserve your time and service, we need to have payment at time of reservation or a minimum of 10 days prior to start of service to block out your visits.  We have a very flexible cancellation policy if the need arises.

Just Like Family has a very liberal cancellation policy.  Any cancellations of a scheduled visit(s) with a 1 to 8 day notice receive a 50% refund and the remainder is applied as a credit for future visits.  9+ days notice receive a 90% refund and remainder is applied to future visits.  A credit, in lieu of a refund, will be applied at clients request.

Any cancellations with-in a 24 hour period before scheduled visit(s) are not credited or refunded.  All holiday fees charged per visit are not refundable or credited.  Also, trip interruptions and early returns that require you to cancel visits are not refundable but may be credited due to extenuating circumstances.
